本项目是一套400m²的上叠别墅，坐落于卧龙谷壹号，紧邻天鹅湖湿地公园和天府绿道，湖光景色尽收眼底。在公园漫步中，可以感受到成都这座城市的脉搏和自然松弛的人文气息在此流淌。平日里善于理财投资的男业主喜欢一切简洁而考究的事物，对于家的愿景是去繁从简、独具匠心。设计师以黑白配色贯穿全案，将理性的建筑思维融入自由开阔的空间中，在静雅里觅得自在状态，以艺术化陈列去回应深度诉求，打造一所出自然通透、优雅静谧的上叠别墅空间。

This project is a 400m² duplex villa located in the Wolong Gu, adjacent to Swan Lake Wetland Park and Tianfu Greenway, offering breathtaking views of the lake and scenery. Strolling through the park, one can sense the pulse of Chengdu, the city's cultural atmosphere, and the naturally relaxed ambiance. The male homeowner, adept at financial investments, appreciates all things simple yet refined. His vision for the home is to be minimalist, with a touch of ingenuity. The designer, threading black and white throughout the entire project, integrates rational architectural thinking into the open and spacious environment. Finding a state of ease in the quiet elegance, the design responds to profound aspirations through artistic displays, creating a duplex villa space that is naturally transparent and elegantly tranquil.
